About Me
Ms. Ruchika Takker Sharma is a dedicated management educator with over 8 years of teaching experience in higher education. With a strong interdisciplinary background in Information Technology and Management, she brings a unique blend of technical expertise and managerial insight to the classroom. She is currently pursuing her PhD at Jamia Hamdard University, where she has achieved 85% in her PhD coursework.
Her teaching philosophy emphasizes Outcome-Based Education (OBE) through experiential learning, case studies, role plays, simulations, and industry-oriented projects.
