Presently serving as an Assistant Professor in the HR department at NDIIT , I bring over 15 years of academic experience from prestigious University of Delhi colleges such as Hindu College, Lady Shri Ram College, and Miranda House. I am a UGC NET qualified scholar with a deep-rooted background in History and a professional specialization in Human Resource Management. My career is defined by a commitment to academic excellence, evidenced by my authorship of 7 published books and 3 research papers.
